Tarkeshwor-5, Kathmandu, Nepal, on the northwestern edge of the valley, below Nagarjun forest. It is about 30 minutes from Thamel by taxi. We provide free airport pickup for residential guests.

Most nationalities receive a visa on arrival at Kathmandu airport, USD $40 for 30 days. Bring cash in USD and a passport photo. Check your country's specific requirements before travelling.
Yes, complimentary pickup from Tribhuvan International Airport for all residential guests. Send your flight details (airline, flight number, arrival date and time) at least 7 days before arrival.
Sattvic vegetarian meals, Nepali, Indian, and continental, prepared fresh daily. Vegan, gluten-free, and Jain options are available on request; tell us at least two weeks before arrival.
On completing a training, you receive a Jivan Parivartan certificate of completion that documents the hours you trained and the curriculum you covered. Singing bowl and Reiki courses include certificates with lineage documentation.
For trainings and retreats: the 25% deposit is non-refundable; cancellations at least 15 days before the start date receive a 75% refund of the full fee; after a program begins, fees are non-refundable. Individual healing sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Full details are on our Booking Policy and Refund Policy pages.
Yes, most of our guests are beginners. Every program is taught from the foundations, and small group sizes mean the teaching adapts to your level.
We teach traditional yoga, meditation, and healing practices rooted in Himalayan tradition, but no belief is required and people of all backgrounds and faiths practice with us.
Comfortable loose clothing, a warm layer (October–April), slip-on shoes, a water bottle, notebook, eye mask and earplugs, and one set of white or light clothing for ceremonies. We provide mats, props, cushions, and blankets.
