At Jivan Parivartan we keep the authentic Himalayan tradition of yoga, meditation and healing in Nepal alive: Ashtanga Mahayoga, Hatha, Pranayama, Reiki and singing bowl therapy, taught with love, exactly the way our teachers passed them down.
Since 2021 we have warmly welcomed over five thousand students and guests from thirty-one countries, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Small groups, genuine practice, and a caring teacher beside you at every step.
Come for a single healing session, a few days of retreat, or a full teacher training. However you arrive, the start is the same: you are welcomed, and we guide the rest with care.

Our yoga and meditation retreat center sits in Tarkeshwor, on the calm northern edge of Kathmandu, Nepal, beside the Nagarjun forest, far enough from the city noise that you can finally hear yourself breathe.
