At Jivan Parivartan we keep the authentic Himalayan tradition of yoga, meditation and healing in Nepal alive: Ashtanga Mahayoga, Hatha, Pranayama, Reiki and singing bowl therapy, taught with love, exactly the way our teachers passed them down.

Where is Jivan Parivartan located?
We are in Tarkeshwor-5, Kathmandu, on the slopes of the Nagarjun forest, about 30 minutes from Tribhuvan International Airport. Airport pickup can be arranged for residential programs.
How much does a yoga or meditation retreat in Nepal cost?
Day healing sessions start from $200, retreats from $250, and residential teacher training from $1,200, with clear, upfront pricing and no hidden costs. Each program page lists exactly what's included.
Do I need prior experience for teacher training or retreats?
No. Most of our guests arrive as beginners. Trainings build from the foundations, and every retreat practice is open to all levels, experienced facilitators meet you exactly where you are.
Is accommodation and food included?
Residential programs include simple, comfortable accommodation and fresh vegetarian organic meals. Day sessions and non-residential courses list exactly what's included on their page, with no hidden costs.
Can I extend my stay after a program?
Usually yes, subject to availability. Tell us your plans when you book and we'll help arrange the extra days, many guests stay on to rest or explore the valley.
What is your booking and refund policy?
