Ten days of guided online meditation

Meditation is simple, but most people find it hard to keep going on their own. This program gives you ten consecutive days of guided practice, long enough to build a habit.

Maa Nisha Kabir guides every session live online and adjusts the practice to your level. The aim is not to master anything. It is to give you a simple routine for calming the mind that you can repeat on your own after the ten days.

If you've tried meditation before and it didn't quite last, or if you've never sat down to practise at all, ten guided days is a kind and practical place to begin.

What you'll practise

The practices are simple and traditional, guided live online so you always know what to do.

Across the ten days

Across the ten days you practise breath awareness and breathwork (pranayama), mindfulness to calm a busy mind, and periods of silent meditation. Each day builds on the one before. You finish with a simple personal practice you can continue on your own.

Timing and fees

Practical details such as daily timing, session length, and fees vary by cohort. Reach out and we'll share everything you need for the next start date.
