Mantra, Mudra & Yantra Healing at Jivan Parivartan
This is a short, focused session for when time is limited. It brings together mudra and yantra work with mantra, and many people find it helpful when the mind is overactive and they want to come back to focus.
The Jivan Parivartan way
A women-led center teaching in Tarkeshwor, Kathmandu since 2021: thousands of sessions, guests from more than eleven countries. Groups stay small.
Three practices, used together
The session is 30 minutes and uses three focus points at once: mantra for the mind, mudra for the body and yantra for the eyes. It suits days when you do not have time for a longer session.
Mantra
A steady sound repetition that cuts through mental noise and brings attention back to one point.
Mudra
A simple hand position that supports calm breathing and a more grounded body.
Yantra
A gentle visual focus that helps attention stabilise, especially with overthinking or mental fatigue.
Your intention
Come with one intention, calm, focus, grounding or emotional balance, and we shape the half hour around it.
What happens in 30 minutes
