Corporate Wellness Retreat at Jivan Parivartan

Our corporate programs teach teams practical tools for managing stress: breathing, movement, deep rest and attention training, explained in plain language.

The Jivan Parivartan way

A women-led center teaching in Tarkeshwor, Kathmandu since 2021: thousands of sessions, guests from more than eleven countries. Groups stay small.

What a corporate retreat includes

Each retreat is assembled from five core components, led by facilitators who specialize in their practice. You can emphasize the elements that matter most to your team, or include all five for a complete experience.

Stress Management & Mental Relaxation

The foundation of the program. Through guided techniques, your team learns to release built-up work stress, identify the tension patterns that show up in a busy workday, and build healthy coping mechanisms they can use back at the workplace.

Yoga Sessions

These sessions improve physical health, flexibility, posture, and energy. They're suitable for all ages and fitness levels, with no experience required, and are especially helpful for easing the tension that builds up from long hours of desk work.

Meditation Practices

Guided by Maa Nisha Kabir, these deep meditation sessions support focus, clarity, emotional stability, and inner awareness. Your team also learns techniques they can fold into their daily routines, so the calm carries forward into ordinary working days.

Sound Healing Therapy

Using traditional Himalayan singing bowls, sound healing uses therapeutic vibrations to calm the nervous system, release tension, and reduce anxiety. Most participants find it very relaxing.

Spiritual Guidance

Led by Maa Nisha Kabir and her team, this part of the program covers self-awareness, self-healing and emotional well-being.

At your office or at our center

At our center

Programs range from a single-day reset at our center on the edge of Nagarjun forest, to multi-day residential retreats combining yoga, meditation, sound healing, and facilitated team sessions. For residential retreats we host at our center or arrange partner venues.

At your venue

Day programs can run at your venue anywhere in Kathmandu valley.

How pricing works

Designed for your team

Because every retreat is built around your organization, pricing is fully tailored, there's no fixed package. The investment depends on your team size, the duration you choose, and the location.

Frequently asked questions

Our team has never done yoga. Is this for us?
Yes, most corporate participants are complete beginners. Sessions are taught simply, in comfortable clothing, with chairs available. The point is practical stress regulation, not performance.
Can you run the program at our office?
Yes. Day programs can run at your venue anywhere in Kathmandu valley. For residential retreats we host at our center or arrange partner venues.
How far in advance should we book?
For day programs, two weeks is usually enough. Residential retreats need 4–6 weeks for design and logistics. Popular months (October–November, March–April) book out early.
How is pricing calculated?
Per participant, based on group size, duration, venue, and accommodation level. Send us your team size and dates through the form below and we will send a detailed quote within two working days.
Can you take a group larger than 16?
Yes. Corporate programs run from 6 to 40 participants, above the 16 we cap our own programs at. Contact us before you fix dates, so we can confirm we can host a group of your size.
